Wichtiger Hinweis: Das Landgericht Hamburg hat mit Urteil vom 12.05.1998 entschieden, dass man durch die Ausbringung eines Links die Inhalte der gelinkten Seite gegebenenfalls mit zu verantworten hat. Dies kann - so das Landgericht - nur dadurch verhindert werden, dass man sich ausdrücklich von diesen Inhalten distanziert.
Ich habe auf meiner Page Links zu anderen Seiten im Internet gelegt. Important Legal Note: A German court has ruled (1998-05-12) that - given certain circumstances - one is responsible for the content of webpages one links to. According to the German court this responsibility may be avoided by explicitly dissociating from these contents.
On my pages, I have links to other internet pages. For all these pages, the following holds: "I want to state explicitly, that I cannot influence the design or content of the pages linked to. I therefore dissociate explicitly from all content of all linked pages of my website, including all sub-pages.
